Boopa Munasinghe wins McKinnon Player of the Year Award

Congratulations to Boopa Munasinghe on winning the Ken Hilton Medal (McKinnon Player of the Year), the Peter Watts Medal (best player in 1st XI) and the Charles Greenough Under 21 Player of the Year Award at McKinnon's Presentation Night held at the Bentleigh RSL.


Boopa is a highly talented young spin bowler and had an excellent season playing in the 1st XI.


The Laurie Gillott Medal (best player in 4th XI One Day Side) was won by Guy Marrocco who performed well with the bat making runs in both the 3rd & 4th XI's.


Batting Average Awards were won by Adam Pullman (1st XI), Jake Halasz (2nd XI), Tim Wise (3rd XI) & Guy Marrocco (4th XI). No bowling awards were awarded for the season. 


Junior Coordinator Kelli Gray was named 'Club Person of the Year' in recognition of the outstanding contribution she has made to the club over the last 12 months.


The club congratulates all the award winners.
