Our 1st XI traveled to Chelsea in what would be a relegation battle 7th v 8th.
Chelsea batted first and was dismissed for 92, with Mat Pearason taking 4/8, Dylan Thomas 3/28 and Boopa Munasinghe 3/36.
With some aggressive batting McKinnon secured 1st innings points at the conclusion of Day One. When play continued on Day Two McKinnon declared at 7/207 Adnan Sahibzada top scoring with 43 and he was well supported by Jacob Duscher 35 and Jack Massie 31 no.
Chelsea was dismissed in its second innings for 114, giving McKinnon outright points and the sides first win for the season.
Our 2nd XI played Port Melbourne at McKinnon.
McKinnon batted and was dismissed for 123 and then dismissed Port Melbourne for 83. Raman Singh 5/32 & Luke Porter 4/32.
McKinnon in an attempt to chase outright points declared its second innings at 4/103, however Port Melbourne batted better in their seconds innings making 6/146 and taking the outright points. Fielding lapses cost the side dearly on Day Two.
The 3rd XI played Mentone at Highett Reserve No 2 ground.
Mentone batted and was dismissed for 194 with Ben Porter taking 4/14 and Callum Drenth 3/33.
McKinnon in reply recorded a strong win making 6/202 with Callum Drenth 85 no and Tim Wise a hard hitting 55.
The 3rds have a bye in Round 14, so must wait to see the results of other games to see if they play Finals or not.
Our 4th XI played Parkdale at McKinnon Reserve No.2.
McKinnon made 90 off our 35 overs and Parkdale in reply 3/97.
Masters (over 40's)
McKinnon 8/100 with Glenn Taylor 26 and Paul Cox 25 defeating Bayside 99 with Simon Galloway 3/12.
